ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking Retail Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement stores in Issaquah, WA. The role offers hourly pay plus commission and flexible schedules, with paid training and a clear path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

No HVAC experience is required; weekend availability is a plus. You’ll help homeowners understand energy savings and book in-home consultations while representing ARS professionally.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce them to ARS heating and air conditioning services.
• Discuss HVAC upgrades and indoor air quality solutions with customers inside retail stores.
• Promote free in-home HVAC consultations and HVAC tune-ups.
• Generate leads for residential HVAC service, installation, and replacements.
• Educate homeowners about energy savings and comfort improvements.
• Schedule appointments for HVAC service technicians or comfort advisors.
