Job summary

Stryve Biltong is expanding its field marketing team in the United States, seeking a motivated representative to run in-store and out-of-store demos. You will work closely with the Field Team Lead and Regional Sales Manager to provide creative input in local and national program planning and to build brand presence.

You will nurture retail accounts, develop breakthrough field initiatives, and deliver recap reports.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable automobile.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Smartphone capable of taking/uploading photos.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills; energetic and driven.
• Able to take direction and contribute field insights.
• Creative, innovative, and self-starter mindset.
• Multi-tasker with attention to detail.
• Able to engage a crowd with wit and charm.
• Available to work nights and weekends; minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store and out-of-store demos and selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Team Lead and Regional Sales Manager on branding, sales initiatives, and community building.
• Nurture new and existing retail accounts to enhance brand presence at store level.
• Develop effective field marketing initiatives to boost brand affinity and drive sales.
• Complete market execution recaps.
• Uphold Stryve brand strategy daily.
• Maintain product inventory and tracking.

Job Description

Can work in a high energy, fast pace environment

Devote time to in store and out of store demos/selling opportunities

Work closely with the Field Team Lead and Regional Sales Manager to provide creative and strategic input in local and national program planning; including branding, sales initiatives, and community building.

Nurture new and existing retail accounts to create overall brand presence at store level

Develop effective and breakthrough field marketing initiatives that help create and increase brand affinity along all channels (customers, in store staff and event attendees) and help drive sales back to retail

Complete recaps of market execution

Embrace, understand and implement Stryve brand strategy. Every day.

Maintains accuracy of product inventory and tracking
