Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Smartphone with photo capture/upload capability.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills; energetic, motivated and brand-focused.
• Ability to take direction and contribute insights from field experience.
• Creative, innovative, self-starter with high attention to detail.
• Able to engage crowds with wit and charisma.
• Available to work nights and weekends; minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Devote time to in-store and out-of-store demos.
• Collaborate with Field Team Lead and Regional Sales Manager on program planning.
• Nurture new and existing retail accounts to build brand presence.
• Develop field marketing initiatives to increase brand affinity and drive sales.
• Complete recaps of market execution.
• Uphold Stryve brand strategy daily.
• Maintain product inventory and tracking.
