The Brand Ambassador, Branson is responsible for representing Sight & Sound at strategic marketing events and regional & national tradeshows with a focus on attracting group bookings for Sight & Sound Theatres. This role plays a pivotal part in championing new brand initiatives, expanding the reach of Sight & Sound Ministries, and captivating new audiences in support of the global Marketing strategy. The ideal candidate excels in a collaborative environment, is a strong communicator, and a highly organized project manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Sight & Sound's presence at industry tradeshows: including travel arrangements, event registration, sponsorship details, booth coverage, and required marketing collateral as directed by manager.
  • Ensure seamless event logistics and exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients throughout the planning and execution process of strategic marketing events: including all tradeshows, media engagements, community events, and corporate initiatives as directed by manager.
  • Manage the shipping, setup, and teardown of the Sight & Sound booth for all tradeshows and strategic marketing events, partnering with the Interior Designer to ensure booth layout meets brand standards.
  • Partner with Manager to develop and implement strategies that attract new group bookings within the designated target growth audiences in support the global Marketing Strategy.
  • Proactively work to ensure groups sales targets set by Manager are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the group travel industry.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all Sight & Sound’s brand offerings and programs including Theatres, Films, and Sight & Sound TV.
  • Proactively research and assess trends and opportunities within the group tourism, entertainment, and travel industries. Provide thorough feedback, recaps, and insights to Manager to guide future planning.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop event messaging and finalize promotional materials that support the global marketing strategy.
  • Support Sight & Sound’s reputation management by moderating and respond to inquiries within brand inboxes (guest relations and donations) and across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice.

Prerequisites:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport among diverse audiences.
  • Confidence in public speaking, with a heart for engaging others.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of the group travel industry with experience in planning and managing tradeshow attendance.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel up to two weeks per month.

Education and/or Experience: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and/or 1 – 3 years customer engagement experience preferred.
