Job summary

EventLink Group in Sterling Heights is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent our clients by engaging with consumers and promoting awareness during events. Responsibilities include event setup, training, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional people skills, with a minimum of a high school education and be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation is required, as well as prompt communication through phone and email.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21+ for adult beverage activations).
• Must have own form of reliable transportation.
• Must have working cell phone and email with responses to EventLink Group within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup/tear-down.
• Attend all required program training.
• Generate awareness of ongoing promotion by engaging with consumers.
• Demonstrate products highlighting key points.
• Report metrics and consumer engagements to the Field Coordinator/Event Manager.
• Assist in taking accurate inventory of program assets.
• Maintain display vehicle cleanliness.

Overview

A Brand Ambassador acts as an extension of EventLink Group team in market. They will actively represent our clients by interacting with consumers, increasing promotion awareness, and assisting event staff in reaching program/event specified goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup/tear-down
• Attend all required program training
• Generate awareness of ongoing promotion by engaging with consumers
• Ability to demonstrate products highlighting key points
• Report relevant metrics and consumer engagements to the Field Coordinator/Event Manager at the end of the event
• Assist in taking accurate inventory of program assets and materials as needed
• Maintain display vehicle cleanliness as needed
• Additional duties may be assigned per program/event basis
