Job summary

TEAM is seeking part-time Promotional Specialists to represent our client’s brand at events across the Pensacola market. You will engage with consumers, build brand affinity, and work with a Regional Manager to execute activations at various venues such as bars, restaurants, and retail spaces.

The role offers an hourly rate of $40 and requires a fun, friendly, and outgoing personality with experience in marketing events or as a Brand Ambassador preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing events or as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Model is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Execute fun promotional events at local venues (events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars).
• Coordinate with Regional Manager for assigned events, training and reporting results.
• Encourage consumer engagement and participation at activations.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items provided.
• Capture event photos and recap for the Regional Manager.
• Help build brand awareness and grow client membership.
