Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Brand Specialist to drive brand awareness and market penetration across New York. You’ll manage relationships with licensed medical and adult-use dispensaries, coordinate field marketing, and deliver effective product trainings to staff and customers.

You will serve as the primary brand voice at events, develop strategic plans for visibility and shelf presence, and relay market feedback to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of sales/networking experience preferred.
• 1+ years of cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50%-75% and stay overnight.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead product expert and brand voice at events across the NY market.
• Develop and execute a strategic market penetration plan for NY regions.
• Communicate brand values to customers, retailers, and partners.
• Provide staff education sessions and budtender trainings statewide.
• Gather product feedback and relay insights to management.
• Track market share and brand sentiment in NY.
• Build relationships with dispensaries and staff.
• Present brand collateral and product information to clients.
• Support Sales Specialists and Wholesale Manager with market feedback.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and conferences across NY.
