Job summary

Hawaiian Telcom is seeking a Brand Activation Team member to represent the company at events, engage with the public, and educate customers on products and services. The role includes distributing materials, supporting campaigns in stores and communities, and assisting the sales team with event execution.

The position emphasizes multitasking, independence, and collaboration, with travel and own transportation required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Merchandise execution / event handouts.
• Retail or field marketing support for events.
• Assist with product marketing and promotions at events and in stores.
• Support signage and sales execution at retail and community events.
• Collect leads and contact information at events for ROI tracking.
• Capture event photos for Social Media and team review.
• Conduct grassroots marketing (door hangers, yard signs, etc.).
• Support sponsorship events to bring the brand to life.
• Distribute branded merchandise for sales and marketing.
• Assist with experiential marketing (VR, demos, displays).
• Transport and return supplies and equipment for events.
• Handle expense reporting (parking, mileage).
