This is a full-time, in-person role with base salary plus commission, offering financial stability and uncapped earning potential tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and commute to Pittsburgh
• Eligibility to work full-time in the United States

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally at retail locations and promotional events throughout the Pittsburgh area
• Engage consumers face-to-face to deliver compelling product presentations and drive brand awareness
• Execute direct sales strategies to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Build genuine relationships with customers through consultative, needs-based selling techniques
• Set up and break down promotional displays and event booths in accordance with client and company standards
• Collaborate with team leads and fellow representatives to optimize campaign performance
• Track and report sales activity, customer feedback, and event outcomes
• Participate in ongoing sales and marketing training to sharpen skills
• Represent Noctis Strategy Group's brand values in every customer interaction
