Job Summary:

The Brand Activation Representative is responsible for driving sales and brand visibility across all company products by developing and executing promotional strategies, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring effective representation at events and in retail environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, keeping customer priorities in mind, and implementing solutions that increase sales across all product lines.
• Develops and maintains effective rapport with all assigned customers and coworkers, fostering open communication and trust.
• Continuously increases product knowledge to become an expert resource for customers and sales staff, covering all products carried by the company.
• Works closely with other sales staff to support sales and delivery, ensuring appropriate representation of all brands and packages.
• Monitors stock levels and freshness of products at each account to minimize out-of-stocks and ensure rotation or removal to meet company standards.
• Creates and implements promotions for various products that increase sales, coordinating all aspects of community events (festivals, livestock shows, etc.) where the company is represented.
• Delivers and sets up equipment and products necessary for all activities planned at each promotional event.
• Distributes point-of-sale materials to assigned accounts, ensuring every account has an ample supply for each relevant brand at all times.
• Assists sales staff with new product launches by implementing high-impact promotions to boost product sales.
• Maintains call schedules, account activity, and other reports as required, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
