Bathgate (Hybrid)
£40,000 – £50,000
With production sites in Scotland and a UK HQ in the Central Belt, this is a business that combines the character of a family-owned group with the scale and ambition of a global player. The UK team is commercially focused, collaborative and genuinely passionate about the brands they represent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an activation specialist to take ownership of brand campaigns across a diverse, multi-brand portfolio. You'll develop and execute UK activation plans across on-trade, off-trade and wholesale channels, translating global brand strategies into locally relevant, commercially impactful activity that resonates with UK consumers and trade partners alike.
You’ll play a central role in planning and delivering consumer and trade events, including high-profile partnerships and sponsorships. Day to day you’ll be managing brand calendars and budgets, localising global campaign assets, and presenting results to internal stakeholders and trade partners. Stakeholder management is a significant part of this role. You’ll liaise with global brand owners, external agencies and key contacts across channels, so confidence and diplomacy in complex relationships is essential. Events make up around 20% of the role, so a love of live activation is a real advantage.
You’ll have experience with a strong track record in brand activation, ideally with on-trade experience in drinks, FMCG or a similarly fast-paced commercial environment. Candidates from agency backgrounds or adjacent sectors with strong activation skills are also very welcome. You’ll be highly organised, analytically curious and comfortable managing multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously. Strong stakeholder management skills are a must, you’ll need to be confident holding commercial conversations and navigating complex partner relationships with professionalism and energy. A can-do attitude, attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for brand building will go a long way here.
