Third Federal is seeking a friendly Universal Banker for the Seminole Branch in Seminole, FL. You will handle teller duties, open accounts, and assist customers with banking products, while building relationships in a no-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of recent retail bank teller experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Experience taking home equity and/or mortgage applications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage a teller window
• Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's)
• Actively identify and resolve customer issues
• Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
• Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing
• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
• Willingness and ability to work in all areas of the branch
