Job summary

S&T Bank Blairsville branch is seeking a customer-focused teller and sales associate to support branch operations and help achieve sales goals. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and account maintenance while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending S&T loan and deposit products, balancing cash, and maintaining accurate records. Some duties require NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act compliance within six months.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years general and specialized experience.
• CARE certified within 6 months of hire.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and meet branch goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate a customer service window with accuracy for deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Profile customers to determine banking needs and recommend S&T loan and deposit products.
• Balance cash daily and perform ATM settlement where applicable.
• Assist in opening new accounts and processing changes to existing ones; maintain documentation.
