The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience, an armed security license, and a valid driver's license, with willingness to travel to client sites and participate in background checks.

Qualifications

Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking an experienced Branch Supervisor to lead and support operations in the San Diego, California Area.

This position is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, supporting security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving branch performance. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who can effectively balance field operations, employee management, and administrative responsibilities.
