Are you ready to build something from the ground up-literally? We're seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Branch Manager to launch and lead a brand-new office in Columbus, OH. This is a rare opportunity to shape your own team, drive business growth, and make a lasting impact in the geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing industry.

What You'll Do

As Branch Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our new Columbus office, responsible for:

  • Establishing and managing all branch operations, with a focus on geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing/inspection.
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing team of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Driving business development: crafting scopes of work, estimating project costs, and preparing winning proposals.
  • Overseeing financial performance: managing profit & loss, accounts receivable, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Implementing quality control programs to ensure excellence in service delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution (required).
  • 8+ years of experience in civil or geotechnical engineering.
  • P.E. license preferred (or ability to obtain).
  • Proven experience in project and personnel management, with a strong grasp of financial oversight.
  • A passion for business development and growing client relationships.
