Monroechamber in Clinton, WI is seeking an experienced Machine Rebuild/Repair Technician II. The role focuses on maintaining, repairing, rebuilding, and installing heavy industrial machinery to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Candidates should have strong mechanical skills and enjoy troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. This is a direct hire opportunity with evening shift hours (6:00pm-5:30am, Monday-Friday) and a wage range of $18.00–$22.88 per hour plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install heavy industrial machinery and machine tools.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and replace worn or defective components.
• Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical and hydraulic schematics, maintenance manuals, and work orders.
• Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and modifications.
• Use hand tools and precision measuring equipment, including micrometers and calipers.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures.

Position Title: Machine Rebuild/Repair Technician II

Wage: $18.00-$22.88/hour + 10% shift differential

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00pm-5:30am Monday-Friday

We are seeking an experienced Machine Rebuild/Repair Technician II to join a growing, employee-owned manufacturing company in Clinton, WI. This position plays an important role in maintaining, repairing, rebuilding, and installing heavy industrial machinery to keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a great direct hire opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install heavy industrial machinery and machine tools
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and replace worn or defective components

• Able to perform physically demanding maintenance work throughout the shift
• Pre-employment drug screening is required
