• M motivates, coordinates and monitors staff interactions with clients.
• Maintains product knowledge and cross-sell opportunities.
• Leads in maintaining the bank’s culture.
• Assists as mortgage loan originator and submits mortgage packages.
• Performs daily, weekly and monthly audits of operations.
