As a Tiffany Branch Security Officer, you will:
Security Controls and Operations:
  1. Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
  2. Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement Incident Management Program procedures.
  3. Ensure security systems and procedures are followed, including daily inspections, equipment and alarm tests, inspections, key access, and report submissions.
  4. Perform operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, assisting with facilities repairs, and communicating with the store team.
  5. Manage both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
Sales:
  1. Provide a positive Tiffany experience from start to finish for each customer.
  2. Deepen relationships with clients to foster lifetime loyalty and increased spending.
  3. Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting store operations to achieve sales goals.
Service:
  1. Consistently elevate the in-store experience to create memorable moments.
  2. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during customer interactions, following Client Experience Behaviors outlined in the NPS program.
  3. Implement standard processes, optimize hospitality and store amenities, and act on NPS scores and client feedback to enhance customer experience.
  4. Perform operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, assisting with facilities repairs, and engaging with the store team.
Experience:
Required
  1. High School Graduate.
  2. Basic computer skills.
  3. Ability to work retail hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  4. Authorization to work in the United States or the relevant country.
Desired
  1. Experience in retail or security environments.
  2. At least 1 year of prior security-related experience.

The salary range for this position is $22.53 to $30.48 per hour. The actual rate offered will depend on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
