Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills (Spanish or additional language) a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Knowledge of core banking processes and consumer banking products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Sales Associate staff and schedule work hours.
• Coach staff to refer and sell bank products and services.
• Contribute to monthly branch and individual scorecards with the Branch Manager.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and currency transactions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to bank policies.
• Operate core banking systems and support compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and review monthly reports and assist with audits.
• Open/close branch as needed and accommodate varied hours.
