Job Summary
The Wholesale Branch Sales Representative, reporting to the Branch Sales Manager, will focus on growing sales of our entire product offering to an assigned account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales potential by developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
- Identify growth opportunities for assigned and new accounts.
- Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
- Leverage monthly and seasonal promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
- Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on product stocking and level needs.
- Mentor Branch Sales Associates in sales skills.
- Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
- Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
- Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
- Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
- Travel occasionally to various locations for training, professional development, or meetings; advance notice will be provided when possible.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be an energetic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Be proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment.
- Be results, detail, and team-oriented.
Customer Service Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

- Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain it.
