We are currently hiring a Branch Sales Professional (BSP). The ideal candidate will be professional, motivated, dedicated to success, service-oriented, capable of creating tailored solutions, and skilled at building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  1. Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
  2. Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of pests, and make proposals and presentations to secure sales contracts.
  3. Cover sales leads in assigned branch and/or territory, developing additional service and pest control sales leads creatively.
  4. Prepare job specifications and treating instructions following laws, regulations, and company policies.
  5. Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment, adhering to the Vehicle Policy.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of related sales or public interaction experience
  • Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet insurance standards
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl in tight spaces
  • State-required pest control training and licensing (provided)
Pay and Benefits

Competitive hourly pay of $20 plus commissions, with most earning $60,000-$90,000+ annually. Earnings vary based on sales.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical tasks, and work in environments with pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and hazards. Safety gear required.
