Compensation:

This position is hourly, with an anticipated pay range of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Position Details:

As a Branch Sales Associate, you will connect with walk-in customers, provide solutions, and maximize sales opportunities. You will also perform warehouse tasks, including operating equipment up to 14 feet high, so comfort with heights is required. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the customer experience, including product selection, order entry, and loading vehicles.
• Maximizing sales opportunities and encouraging loyalty.
• Communicating effectively via email, phone, or in person.
• Picking, preparing, and staging orders.
• Handling backorders and stock.
• Merchandising and replenishment.
• Inventory counts and maintaining store appearance.
• Learning and navigating computer systems.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and wearing PPE.

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work any hours within branch hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely, with assistance for heavier loads.
• Willingness to learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
