Compensation:

This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay range is $23.00 to $26.00 per hour.

As a Branch Sales Associate, you will provide solutions and connect with walk-in customers using your knowledge, attitude, and professionalism. You will maximize sales, foster customer loyalty, and exceed expectations. You will also perform warehouse tasks as needed and report to the Store Manager.

***Looking for candidates willing to:

-Work independently and take ownership of Grainger trailer/mini warehouse on a customer site in Taylor, TX

-Drive to Taylor, TX, and other branches in the Austin, TX area as needed

You Will:

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, and loading vehicles safely.
• Maximize sales opportunities and encourage loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for different audiences via email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders/shipping products.
• Prepare backorders and organize received stock.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Navigate different computer systems for customer and warehouse activities.
• Maintain branch appearance and adhere to safety guidelines, including PPE use.
