Compensation:

This position is hourly, with an anticipated pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, experience, and skills.

Position Details:

As a Branch Sales Associate, you will provide solutions and connect with walk-in customers using your knowledge and a positive attitude. You will maximize sales, foster customer loyalty, and exceed expectations. You will also perform various warehouse tasks and report to the Store Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Bilingual in Spanish
2. Willing to obtain forklift/PIE certification
3. Willing to drive to Garland and Plano branches as needed (9 miles apart)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer experience: product selection, order entry, safe picking, and loading vehicles
• Maximize sales opportunities and encourage loyalty
• Adapt communication style for different audiences and channels
• Prepare and stage orders, handle backorders, and stock received items
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment
• Perform inventory counts and maintain branch appearance
• Navigate computer systems for customer and warehouse activities
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE
