Role Description

The Branch Sales Associate role at Carrier Enterprise is a full-time, on-site position based in Wichita, KS. This role is responsible for assisting customers at the branch counter and via phone, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely transactions. Day-to-day tasks include supporting inside sales activities, preparing quotes, coordinating with warehouse staff on inventory and order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized and professional branch environment. The Branch Sales Associate also helps resolve customer issues, supports promotional efforts, and contributes to branch sales goals, working closely with teammates and management to deliver consistent customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales support skills, including the ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate HVAC products and solutions.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC products, parts, or related technical products, with the ability to learn and retain product specifications and applications.
