Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle services such as stop payments and wire transfers.
• Explain policies and procedures and resolve customer problems with courtesy.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area and follow security/audit procedures.
• Support and train fellow tellers and assist with vault responsibilities as needed.
