Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for a variety of roles, including temporary and direct-hire positions. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and guide candidates through interview prep and submission processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years recruiting experience.
• Experience in staffing or HR solutions is desirable.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Analyze hiring needs and develop client-specific recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates and engage with passive and active talent.
• Interview candidates and coach them for roles; support resumes and preparation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and maximize service.
• Serve as SME on recruitment tools and processes; lead in absence of management.
• Maintain records and participate in special projects as needed.
