When are new associates eligible for benefits?

UMB associates working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for benefits the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Certain benefits have additional eligibility requirements.

What is the dress code?

All associates are expected to use good judgment in selecting workplace attire that reflects our image. Business casual is generally acceptable. For important client meetings, a suit is recommended. Common sense is key.

Is there an option for remote work or flexible hours?

We support flexibility that is meaningful to you, whether it’s working adjusted hours or remotely once a week. Discuss your needs with your manager to find suitable arrangements.
