Job summary

All Surfaces Inc. in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Branch Manager for the All Tile - CCS operation. You will oversee warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, customer service, sales support, and administrative functions to run the branch efficiently, compliantly, and profitably.

You will lead a diverse team, manage hiring and development, monitor performance, plan budgets, and implement improvements while delivering outstanding service to customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience, including 2+ years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• In-depth understanding of a distribution center and/or best practices for warehouse operation.
• Experience with forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Experience in the flooring industry is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory tracking, optimization, and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, route planning, and delivery.
• Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff and leaders.
• Monitor performance and enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and branch-level strategic initiatives.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as needed.
