Position Summary

ATR is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our fleet, rentals, and service operations. This role requires a leader who understands DMV and financing processes, has strong business acumen, and can manage both the front-end sales and back-end service functions of a busy facility. The ideal candidate has experience in automotive, commercial truck, or equipment rental operations and thrives in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the rental, leasing, and service facility
  • Oversee sales, finance, and service teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Supervise DMV registration, title processing, and financing documentation for vehicle transactions
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal transportation and finance regulations
  • Analyze and manage budgets, P&L statements, and performance metrics
  • Lead customer negotiations, contracts, and deal structures
  • Partner with inventory and fleet teams to maintain operational readiness
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans and performance targets
  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing branch team
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Finance Manager in automotive, commercial truck, or equipment rental industries
  • Working knowledge of DMV processes, lease/loan documentation, and fleet management
  • Strong background in finance, sales, and team leadership
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or DMS systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
