Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a part-time Branch Operations Coordinator to maintain the branch warehouse and office in Hayward, CA. You will load/unload trailers and CMVs, handle waste containers, and operate forklifts and related equipment while performing clerical tasks to support daily operations.

The position emphasizes safety, organization, and accuracy, with duties including record-keeping, assisting the Branch Manager, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Material Handling experience preferred.
• Previous clerical or administrative work experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and Commercial Motor Vehicles.
• Handle waste containers of varying weights/sizes using CC-approved equipment.
• Maintain branch warehouse and office in a clean, organized condition.
• Perform clerical duties to support daily branch operations.
• Assist Branch Manager with maintaining accurate records ofBranch activity and inventory.
