Crystal Clean LLC in Hayward, CA seeks a part-time Branch Operations Coordinator to manage the branch warehouse and office, load/unload trailers and CMVs, handle waste containers, and perform clerical duties. The role requires safety awareness and basic equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate departments.
• Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices, computers, hoses, all truck equipment, etc.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload box trucks.
• Organize, clean and maintain warehouse and office.
• Move trucks on company property.
• Update branch sales board.
• Create service packs with labels and manifest for Sale Service Team.
• Draft list of customers that have not been serviced or potential call-ins.
