Job summary

Axis Portable Air is a rapidly growing equipment rental company providing portable HVAC solutions nationwide. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations at the Boise location to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating delivery and installs, managing rental contracts, inventory, and staff scheduling, and working with the sales team to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Experience with rental software, Excel and Salesforce.
• Must be organized, able to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Boise branch.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and installs in the field when needed.
• Dispatch, log, and manage rental reservations and contracts.
• Maintain inventory, logs, and staff work hours.
• Collaborate with local sales leader to ensure customer satisfaction.
