Reece USA is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to support the branch and sales team, drive operational excellence, and strengthen vendor/customer relationships. You will help achieve the company’s vision and business objectives.

You will evaluate performance, develop actions, and establish metrics with the Branch Manager to push the branch forward and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent job experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• A proven record of leadership is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication skills and collaboration are essential.
• A strong desire to learn and master branch operations and management.

Responsibilities

• As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the Branch Manager with managing the performance of the branch/sales team through leadership and operational excellence to achieve the company’s vision and business objectives.
• You will aid in developing and growing vendor/customer relationships and driving accountability with team members to achieve goals.
• Partnering with the Branch Manager, you evaluate results, develop actions and success metrics to drive the branch forward!
