Job summary

Isabella Community Credit Union in Mount Pleasant, MI, seeks a Branch Operations Director with strong leadership to guide our branch network and uphold regulatory compliance. This full-time, onsite role reports to the ICCU Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and excellent coaching, communication, and collaboration skills to enhance member experience and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship building skills
• Knowledge of credit union deposit regulations and compliance requirements
• The ability to lead teams, manage change, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
