Job summary

Brink’s Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager I to lead operations in our Minneapolis market. You will supervise Team Leaders across routes and cash logistics, driving short- and long-term results while ensuring safety, cost control, and customer commitments.

The role requires 5+ years in operations within banking, money handling, or logistics, and possession of relevant licenses. You will mentor supervisors and build a product-driven organization within Brink’s.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years operations experience in the banking industry, money processing or transportation/logistics.
• Must have a valid firearms permit or ability to pass firearms licensing requirements.
• Must hold a valid guard card or ability to obtain one.
• Clear DOT/DMV record.
• Ability to routinely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead market operations and drive short- and long-term business results.
• Provide direction to Team Leaders across routes, cash logistics, finance, HR, safety and security.
• Collaborate with General Manager/Regional VP to develop market logistics and product-driven organization.
• Improve cost management, efficiencies, and service levels within the market.
• Develop product lines and pursue new market opportunities for Brink’s offerings.
• Mitigate risk and reduce workers’ comp and security losses in the market.
• Maintain accountability and a positive work environment; uphold high ethical standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor first-line supervisors assigned to the market.
• Maintain profitable customer relationships through strong communications and service levels.
