Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, reporting to the Branch Manager and helping oversee daily operations, staff development, client relationships, and achievement of sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years in a financial institution.
• Experience in banking sales or client relationships.
• Three+ years in Personal Banker or branch supervisory role preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, Power BI).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and overall branch performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day support to branch staff.
• Deliver high-quality service and address client banking needs.
• Promote digital and self-service banking tools to improve client experience.
• Assist with strategies to grow consumer and small business relationships.
• Lead in the Branch Manager’s absence.
