Lansing Building Products is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Williston, VT. You will lead the day-to-day operations, drive branch profitability, supervise inside sales and the warehouse manager, and act as the go-to leader for customer service opportunities.

This role emphasizes hands-on supervision, staffing, and optimizing inventory processes within a growing national company renowned for respect, service and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experienced manager supervising subordinates in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with building products in sales or warehouse roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues with customers.
• Ability to meet and reach personal and branch goals.
• Strong communication and social skills; flexible to heavy lifting when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations under the branch manager.
• Assist with P&L management and profitability of the branch.
• Supervise inside sales staff and the warehouse manager.
• Lead customer service initiatives and resolve issues.
• Improve branch operations, inventory processes, and daily reporting.
