Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower in North Las Vegas is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations, sales initiatives, and profitability. You will coordinate branch administration, budgeting, and monthly reporting to Corporate while coaching Account Managers to grow sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership of branch staff, ensuring safety policies, and adherence to company procedures. This position is based on-site in the branch with a focus on P&L and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in the Industrial Hose industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience in industrial distribution and fluid power components.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations to ensure productivity and profitability.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Perform and monitor daily sales and warehouse operations.
• Manage branch personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures regarding new hires, terminations, payroll, etc.
• Review, analyze and report on branch operations and finances.
