We are seeking a highly organized, service-driven Branch Operations Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in keeping our branch operating seamlessly while delivering an exceptional experience to both our clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with the Office Coordinator to oversee daily office operations, including mail distribution, conference room scheduling, and supply management
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Complex Operations Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations
  • Travel to other branch office locations as needed to provide backup Office Coordinator support and ensure continued branch operations coverage
  • Assist with branch event planning, meeting preparation, and other administrative needs, including required travel to branch locations and off‑site events
  • Recruiting support for District Managers, sourcing, screening, setting interviews, tracking
  • Maintain office functionality by ordering and tracking pantry and office supplies and managing incoming mail
  • Assist in tracking of onboarding. Working with Onboarding and Operations Managers
  • Ensure checks, correspondence, and other critical mail are received and processed expeditiously
  • Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including VP-level support
  • Assist with client service needs and communications

This role requires 15% of travel to other branch locations to provide backup Office Coordinator support, along with assisting with branch off‑site events.

This role requires full‑time, in‑office presence Monday through Friday, aligning with core hours (8:30 AM–5:15 PM EST) to ensure consistent, real‑time support and a high‑quality customer experience.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short‑term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in a business office or administrative environment, demonstrating reliability and strong operational execution
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience showcasing business insight and professionalism
  • Proven business acumen, with the ability to understand priorities and support overall office and operational objectives
  • Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to effectively utilize business systems, tools, and software applications
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently

  • Demonstrated proofreading proficiency, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all written materials
