Job summary

Adoration Health seeks a Home Health Branch Operations Manager to join the team in Vidalia, Savannah, and Brunswick, GA. This role focuses on organizing operations, coordinating with multiple teams, and sustaining smooth daily activities across covered locations.

Office location involves travel between Vidalia, Savannah, and Brunswick as needed. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with duties spanning payroll, billing support, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support administrative and non-clinical operations of the agency.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance under Branch Director supervision.
• Assist with billing processes to support timely claim submission and minimize denials.
• Participate in internal audits, surveys, and report preparation.
• Maintain contracts, vendor records, and assist with medical records requests.
• Support the Director with audits, licensure reviews, and compliance activities (QAPI, Complaints, EPP, etc.).
• Ensure all employee documentation and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
