The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. Role Summary: As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of the team, providing seamless support to clients, assisting with client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. This is an opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.

What you will do

  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to help develop strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan.
  • Technology: Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
