JOB SUMMARY: This role offers the chance to be an integral part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service and customer experience.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Responding to inbound calls and call center transfers, providing information, resolving issues, or directing calls appropriately.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and forwarding information to the relevant team members.
  • Completing service agreements from technicians, sales reps, management, and regional customer care centers.
  • Entering lead information into PestPac and scheduling appointments with the correct sales representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, especially PestPac, preferred.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
