• Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Assist in account opening, transfers, and documentation under guidance of a financial advisor.
• Provide administrative and operational support, scheduling, materials prep, and SOP updates.
• Utilize technology tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office to support daily tasks.
