Job summary

The MSS will promote digital banking, handle a variety of transactions, and maintain professionalism with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Weekend or extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience in member service or sales within banking or credit union.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle member concerns with professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using email and Microsoft Office tools; flexibility to work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in the branch and promote exceptional service.
• Engage members to understand financial goals and offer personalized solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and recommend TVFCU products.
• Process transactions and inquiries, including deposits, loans, and card issues.
• Educate members on online and mobile banking and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies; complete required training.
• Uphold TVFCU core values in all member interactions and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
