Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support regional growth by partnering with Branch and District Managers to develop local marketing initiatives. This role handles campaign planning, event execution, co-op fund management, and cross-functional coordination to raise branch revenue and market presence.

You will act as the primary marketing contact for branches, design targeted campaigns, manage events, monitor budgets, and report performance with ROI insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned branches and districts.
• Strategize with Branch Managers and District Managers to identify growth opportunities and develop localized marketing campaigns that drive revenue.
• Plan, execute, and oversee branch-level marketing campaigns, promotions, and events — from inception to reporting.
• Assist branches in the management and strategic use of local co-op marketing funds, ensuring programs are executed within budget and guidelines.
• Compile and present campaign performance reports with clear ROI insights.
