Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Branch Manager Trainee for the Mountain West Commercial Region. Our Region territory covers Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Colorodo, and Arizona. Your office is located in Kent, WA with your territory covering the greater Seattle Area and Washington State.

The Branch Manager Trainee will be responsible for day-to-day pest control operations, sales leadership, safety, recruiting, customer service, and team management. This role involves training and development with the current Branch Manager to prepare for a new Branch Manager position and expansion to multiply the current Branch operation.

• Leadership, Management, and PEOPLE skills
• Technology skills of Microsoft Office, CRM, and ability to learn new programs is required
• Experience with B2B Sales Leadership with proven success is required
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Excellent Communication and Networking skills
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous experience in pest control or related field is a plus but not required
• Leadership experience and Operational Management - 1-3 years is required
• Ability to travel out of state periodically for business trips, conferences, and training
