Job summary

Master Halco - The Deck Superstore in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Branch Manager who will lead sales and operations at our deck supply location. You will drive profitability, cost control, and excellent service while managing P&L responsibilities and a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related leadership roles, knowledge of decking and building materials, and strong computer and inventory systems skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in related field or managerial/leadership role.
• Proficiency with computer software and inventory/order systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities.
• Interview, select, and train staff.
• Plan and implement safety and security programs.
• Develop standard operating procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Review invoices and demand forecasts to plan workloads and deliveries.
• Maintain quality control and customer/vendor relations.
• Direct supervisory responsibilities including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
