Master Halco - The Deck Superstore in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales and operations at the showroom level, manage budgets, and supervise a team.

This role focuses on profitability through sales growth, cost control, and strong operational execution, with responsibility for P&L and customer service excellence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) or work equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Proficient with Internet, inventory, spreadsheet, order processing, and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
• Supervise activities of workers in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials.
• Interview, select, and train warehouse and supervisory personnel.
• Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs.
• Prepare or direct preparation of reports and manuals.
• Issue shipping instructions and coordinate deliveries.
• Review invoices and forecasts to plan peak periods.
• Inspect warehouses, fleets, or equipment and order maintenance.
• Respond to customer and shipper queries about storage and distribution.
