Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank in Pahoa is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the local team and drive outstanding customer experience.

You will hire and develop staff, set expectations, coach performance, manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the bank in the community with integrity and trust. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday duties and a pay range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
• Three years proven experience in retail sales or financial services with success in customer service, operations and sales leadership.
• Proven ability to lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM platforms to manage service delivery, sales pipelines and customer engagement strategies.
• Must possess a current driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• The Branch Manager is responsible for hiring and developing staff, setting clear expectations, and coaching performance to achieve sales and service goals.
